Peak periods are times of the year — typically around holidays, school breaks, and the summer — when demand for our services is especially high. During these times, certain policies may be adjusted to ensure we continue delivering the outstanding care and personalized attention your pup deserves. Please note: Schedule changes: Drop-offs, pick-ups, and access to some programs may be modified. Peak pricing: A surcharge of $10 per night and $5 per daycare day applies. Cancellation policy: Our cancellation terms are different during peak periods. Details are available in our [Service Agreement]. Our Weekly Memberships are designed for dogs who thrive on routine, offering consistent care, priority access, and a structured environment where they can build confidence, friendships, and a true sense of belonging. Weekly daycare membership provide you with great discount on daycare and overnight care bookings. See pricing here. You can purchase additional daycare days on top of your membership at your current plans daily rate. Contact us for more information. Basic terms and conditions for our membership programs: Weekly daycare memberships are assigned per dog. Memberships renew automatically every week until canceled. There is no contract or long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time with 7 days' notice. Memberships apply only on days when daycare is open. TailWag is closed on Sundays and may also be closed on certain peak days or other selected dates. Please check our website and client communications for updates. All membership payments are non-refundable. No credit rollover Memberships may be paused up to four weeks per calendar year.   Overnight care discount conditions Your membership must be active when the overnight stay is booked and when your pup stays with us. To receive overnight care discounts, the membership must have been active for at least 4 weeks prior to booking

Here is our deposit and refund policy: Starting May 15, 2026, all overnight care reservations will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Deposits may be paid by credit or debit card only. If you prefer to pay with Zelle, please contact our office for assistance with your booking and deposit payment. Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled drop-off date. Fifty percent of the deposit is refundable for cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the scheduled drop-off date. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled drop-off date. During peak periods, deposits are non-refundable for any cancellation made within 7 days of the scheduled drop-off date.
