  • How do I become a member of Tailwag Resorts?
    You can become a Tailwag Member by registering on our website or in person at our facility. Membership grants you access to our facilities (at certain times of the day) and the ability to book daycare stays and private suites for your dog.
  • What are the benefits of becoming a Tailwag member?
    Members can enjoy our facilities at specific times of the day, unsupervised, as a safe alternative to a dog park, complete with a variety of engaging play equipment and toys. This allows for quality bonding time in a secure and fun environment.
  • Are there any requirements for my dog to become a Tailwagger?
    Yes, all dogs must pass a behavioral assessment to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. We also require up-to-date vaccinations and a clean bill of health from a veterinarian.

  • What is included in the dog daycare service?
    Our daycare service includes supervised play sessions, access to all our play and relaxation areas, and enrichment activities. We offer programs tailored to different energy levels to suit your dog’s individual needs.
  • What makes Tailwag Resorts different from other dog daycare facilities?

  • Do you provide food for the dogs, or do I need to bring my own?
    To avoid allergies or GI issues, we do not provide food. Please bring your dog’s favorite food needed for the duration of their stay with some extra.
  • How is emergency care handled at Tailwag Resorts?
    We have trained staff on-site 24/7 to handle any emergencies. In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately and proceed according to the emergency care instructions you provide at registration.
  • What is your cancellation policy for daycare and boarding services?
    We understand that plans can change. We offer a flexible cancellation policy, allowing you to cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled service without any charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee.
  • How can I check on my dog during their stay?
    We love taking photos of your precious furry friends. We will send out regular updates, photos and videos to keep you connected while your furry friend stays with us.
  • What and when are peak periods
    Peak periods are days during the year with high demand. On these days, there is a surcharge of $5 for daycare and $10 for overnight. Availability and services may be limited during these days, and we recommend booking as early as possible. Please note that during peak periods, our cancelation terms are different. Please see our Services and Policies for more details. Peak periods for 2024: Memorial Day Weekend Independence Day Weekend Labor Day Weekend Thanksgiving weekend Christmas and New Year Easter/spring break Additional days may be added and published.
