• Incredible Facilities: Our 1.5-acre property is a dog’s dream! We feature multiple outdoor play areas, a Sniff Safari, an agility course, a swimming pool, and plenty of room to run, play, and explore.

• Quality Over Quantity: We limit the number of dogs we accept each day so your pup receives the attention, care, and enrichment they deserve. It’s our commitment to quality, not quantity, that raises the bar in dog care.

Our facilities are designed with the utmost attention to detail to ensure the best possible experience for your dog. We offer themed private suites for luxury stays and diverse, enriching activities such as the Sniff Safari, Pawcasso Studio, The Enrichment Center, Aqua adventures, The Lounge to relax and much more. With a commitment to safety and a community of well-behaved dogs, we ensure a superior and distinctive experience for all our canine guests.

We love taking photos of your precious furry friends. We will send regular updates, photos, and videos to keep you connected while your furry friend stays with us. You can also follow our social media for regular updates.

We understand that plans can change. We offer a flexible cancellation policy, allowing you to cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled service without any charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee. Peak period special cancellation policy apply, See our service agreement for more details.

Peak periods are times of the year — typically around holidays, school breaks, and the summer — when demand for our services is especially high. During these times, certain policies may be adjusted to ensure we continue delivering the outstanding care and personalized attention your pup deserves.

Please note:

• Schedule changes: Drop-offs, pick-ups, and access to some programs may be modified.

• Peak pricing: A surcharge of $10 per night and $5 per daycare day applies.

• Cancellation policy: Our cancellation terms are different during peak periods. Details are available in our [Service Agreement].

Peak Period Dates for 2025:

• Independence Day Weekend: July 3 – July 7

• Labor Day Weekend: August 29 – September 1

• Veterans Day Weekend: November 7 – November 11

• Thanksgiving Break: November 21 – November 30

• Winter Break: December 12 – January 4 (2026)
